DISERTASI: Implementation of Value Systems Internalization of Islamic Education in Fostering Virtue Honor Students Senior High School di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang
This disertation aims to the objective of this thesis is to recognize (1) How
does the process of internalization of the system Islamic religious education in
Fostering Virtue Honor Students (2) What are the factors supporting and inhibiting
internalization system of Islamic education to students in Senior High School (3) The
result of internalization value Islamic religious education in Fostering Virtue Honor
StudentsSenior High School di Sidenreng Rappang.
This research fall in qualitative research and used two kind of approximation
(1) Science approximation consist of pedagogic approximation is based on value of
education, psychological is he approximation based on spiritual aspect, management
is approximation based on management structure aspect (2) Methodological
approximation consist of symbolic interaction in the order to capable interpretation,
phenomenological, to observe phenomenon or indication that happen in research
object.
The results of this study revealed that (1) the system of Islamic education
internalization of morals values in coaching high school student in Kabupaten
Sidenreng Rappang place in two systems, namely systems intracurricular and
extracurricular, teachers in internalising the values of Islamic religious education
targeting three main objectives, namely knowing learners (cognitive), doing (apektif),
and being (personality), the level of achievement of the target is not reached of the
internalization completely or whole, as there are learners achieved only one aspect is
knowing (cognitive). The success of Islamic religious education teachers internalize
the value of virtue honor education high school students in Kabupaten Sidenreng
Rappang are not purely of their effarts, but the policy is supported by the principal.
(2) The work done in overcoming the barriers to the implementation of the system of
Islamic education internalization Fostering Virtue Honor of Senior High School
students di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang by Islamic religious education teachers in
sharpening the extracurricular activities that are closely related to Islamic education
material.The Efforts that teachersto doovercome the barriers isincrease
theextracurricular activitiesthatclosely related toIslamic religiouseducation
materials.(3) Internalization systemofIslamic religious educationin theexpansionnoble
characterasknowing, doingandbeing, honest, responsibility, discipline, visionary, fair,
caringandcooperation, butnotall of themimplementedto achieve maximum results,
there is still alearnerdoes notapplyfullyin the schoolenvironment.
Research implication that (1) in internal assess the Islam education in August
Behavior Construction Educative Competitor Senior High School still need more
improved. (2) Clock look in the face the teacher from 24 clock is week reduced to 16
clock is week, so that there opportunitycontrol the august behavior competitorxviii
educated. (3) Government require to lift the teacher of Islam education which during
the time felt less
