Tesis: KREATIVITAS GURU dalam pengelolaan kelas pada mata pelajaran al-Qur'an dan hadits di madrasah aliyah negeri Baubau
The study examined the teachers’ creativity in classroom management on the
subjects of al-Qur'an and hadith at State Islamic Senior High School of Baubau. The
objectives of the study were: (1) to identify the classroom management conducted by
the teachers of al-Qur’an and Hadith at State Islamic Senior High School of Baubau,
(2) to observe the teachers’ creativity in the al-Qur’an and Hadith learning process at
State Islamic Senior High School of Baubau.
The study was qualitative descriptive research employing a case study
approach. The data sources were the principal, vice principal, the teachers of al-
Qur’an and Hadith, and the students. Furthermore, observation, interview and
documentation were utilized in collecting the data which then processed and analyzed
through the three stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data
verification/drawing conclusions.
The results of the study revealed that the teachers applied creativity in the
classroom management in order to develop the creativity of teaching and learning,
particularly in the ability on the subjects of al-Qur’an and Hadith, and focused on
making the teachers not bored in the learning process.
The school party should overcome the learning difficulties of al-Qur’an and
Hadith, and it needed to be a habitual learning of al-Qur'an and Hadith by reciting the
Qur’an collectively at the beginning of lesson hours or through the extracurricular
programs. The parents should create a home atmosphere that provided a positive
stimulation and better concern, as well as could be a role model in all respects.
