TESIS:Penerapan Manajemen Tenaga Kependidikan dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidik Profesional pada SMAxii Negeri 2 Sengkang
This study aims to determine the implementation process of educational
staff management at SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang Wajo, to identify the factors
inhibiting and supporting the implementation of Management staff's efforts in
SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang Wajo and to identify the results of the application of
management education personnel in education development in SMA Negeri 2
Segkang Wajo.
Based on the above goal, the author applied research methods to obtain
valid data with several stages, namely, determining the type and location of
research, research approach, data sources, research instruments, data collection
techniques, data analysis and processing techniques as well as testing the
validity of data.
The results show that: SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang is a high school
existing in the District Wajo. The staff management at SMA Negeri 2
Sengkang is implemented by means of: first, the implementation of
educational administration which includes the application of administrative
functions and management include: planning , organizing, motivation and
supervision; second, the implementation of professionalism and competence
enhancement of existing teachers in high schools Sengkang; and third, training
for employees / administration staff in SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang. Factors
inhibiting the implementation of the educational staff management at SMA
Negeri 2 Sengkang include human resource that is not maximized yet, the lack
of responsibility and discipline of several teachers and limited funds available
in SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang. The result of the implementation of the
management staff at SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang are: first, improving the
competitiveness of the school; second, improving the creativity and final
achievement of students at SMA Negeri 2 Sengkang; third, satisfaction and
trust from people / customers are increased so that the public interest to
participate and develop mutual partnership with the school is getting higher.
To further enhance the implementation of educational staff
management, the government in this case the education ministry is
recommended to be more active in supervising the unit level of education for
the quality of education can be more competitive and produce high quality
output.
